DATE: Thursday, March 18, 2021
FROM: 7:00pm-9:00pm EST
WHERE: Online
The Washington DC Chapter of ACM SIGGRAPH will be hosting a panel discussion on the topic of where ideas for stories come from. Our panel members will be Daniel Zeballos from Illustrate My Design (IMD), Troy Benesh from V! Studios, and Mark Jette, the Washington DC Chapter Chair.
Many people in our industry know the mechanics of storytelling but, how do people come up with the ideas and concepts which will become an exciting and engaging story? Our panel discussion will delve into the creative process behind the ideas which often appear to magically pop out of thin air. Our hope is to inspire our chapter members and our followers to embrace their creative muse and be inspired to create their own stories.
The meeting will be hosted on the Zoom platform. A link to the meeting will be provided 15 minutes prior to the presentation to all those who have responded to the announcement on our MeetUp. The link will also be visible to those who RSVP. Those who do not RSVP to the MeetUp announcement will not receive the link to the meeting.
Please join us on Thursday, March 18, 2021 from 7pm to 9pm EST online when we delve into the creative process which leads to compelling stories.
